WHEN ARE THE EXAMS CONDUCTED?
Exams are held twice in a year June and December. The forthcoming exams shall be held in June 12 and December 11, 2010 respectively.
WHAT IS THE LEVEL OF THE EXAMS QUESTIONS LIKE AND WHAT IS THE PASSMARK?
The exam questions are considered to an above average level examination for anyone with average intelligence with aggressiveness to improve.
The minimum passing score is 75 percentile [Not percent]
CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT IT IS AN INTERNATIONAL EXAM, DOES THAT INFLUENCE THE CHANCES OF PASSING HERE IN NIGERIA?
The fact that the exam is international does not influence
the pass rate here in Nigeria.
DOES THE EXAM PROVIDE
PAST QUESTION PAPERS?
No. The exam does not provide past questions. The membership
body is independent of the examining body. The membership
body is ISACA [Information Systems Audit and Control
Association] while the examining body is PER [Professional
Exams Services- New York]. However, the membership body
provides sample questions which serves as a guide towards
having an IDEA of what the real exam looks like.

HOW ARE CANDIDATES NOTIFIED OF EXAM RESULTS?
Candidates will be notified of the results of the exams
based on the information they have provided during the
course of registering for the exams. Generally, exam
results are sent via e-mail (where e-mail address has
been provided), while the hard copy follows later. |
